Summary
This is another one of my favorite websites I've made. It was important to Hill Engineering Group to show the projects they've done as well as have a gallery of the images with their signature green fly swatter. Since they are an engineering company that can be somewhat daunting for prospective clients, their FAQ section was imperative to be easily accessible.
Client Overview
Hill Engineering Group, Inc. is a structural engineering consulting group with an office in Oklahoma City. The group offers 25 years of structural design experience on a variety of projects.
The Problem
Hill Engineering Group had a well-put-together site but it was a bit outdated per the company owner's opinion. It was important to them to make their website readable and to represent the high-quality work their clients are accustomed to. Much of the content before the re-design was standard educational content about what the company does and who the owner is.
The Solution
The site before our re-design didn't offer many reviews or testimonials for website visitors. To us, that was an issue because their services sell themselves once you see the great things their previous clients have to say. A big part of our redesign was to center their company experience as well as the personal feedback they've received from their work. Because engineering can be a bit overwhelming to some people we wanted to make the company much more personable, which is why we wanted to display the 2000+ projects they've done in addition to the client reviews and signature green fly swatter gallery.
